** 5% discount is offered for purchasing 10 lessons ( 2 packages) for the payment in advance no later than the 3rd lesson starts
** Any missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as scheduled lesson.
** Any missed session with 24 hours notice with doctor note will NOT be counted.
** If no doctor’s note, need 48 hour notice absent lesson.
** All package must be finished with 6 months from the date of purchase.
** Subject to HST 13%
